The UI/UX Designer at MOTI is responsible for designing our upcoming product features with the user in mind, making sure they are simple to use, approachable, and captivating. This position plays a critical role in preserving the smoothness of the user experience across all of our platforms, which directly affects user retention and satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
- Create user-friendly and straightforward interfaces for upgrades and new features.
- Work together with the technical and product management teams to develop and implement creative solutions for the experience, visuals, and direction of the product.
- Undertake user research and assess user input to improve the usability of both new and current features.
- Produce user flows, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively convey design concepts and interaction.
Requeriments:
- A solid portfolio of completed design projects and proven UI/UX design expertise.
- Proficiency in design programs like Adobe Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
- Experience in designing prototypes, user flows, storyboards, and wireframes.
- Outstanding ability to create visually while being cognizant of user-system interaction.
