Responsabilities:

We are working on a number of projects that call for a strong command of the English language and experience with coding documentation. You will draft and review responses that will serve as the “voice” of future artificial intelligence while adhering to our style guide and other quality standards. In addition to fact-checking previously submitted texts and bringing them up to our standards, you will write and edit original, useful, sincere, and harmless responses. You will also collaborate closely with Team Leads to assist provide feedback to authors and other participants so they can consistently generate high-quality work.

Requeriments:

• A minimum of one year of expertise in the field of authoring and revising software development-related technical documentation.
• The capacity to comprehend simple code samples and technical jargon in a range of programming languages.
• Knowledge of several rich-text formats, such as HTML, CSV, and YAML.
• A degree in a field like computer science, journalism, technical communication, English, or a related one.
• Native proficiency in English.
• The capacity to pick up new skills fast, be open to learning new techniques, and occasionally work with difficult, complex requirements.
• A laptop, an internet link, availability, and a desire to try new things are required.
