Responsabilities:

• Continue and make continual improvements The Infrastructure & IAM of TMP
• Make sure all IT systems are stable and up to date by monitoring and maintaining them in collaboration with the IT Service Delivery lead.
• Work with the IT Service Delivery lead and vendors, such as several telecommunications providers, to implement and manage the network in an international network spanning various time zones.
• Work on the hardware and software required to uphold and improve network, desktop, and internet security.
• Fulfill the IT Service Delivery lead’s requirements promptly and diligently.
• Assist in carrying out capacity management to optimize investment over the long and short terms.
• Manage change in collaboration with the service delivery team.
• Collaborate closely with the lead for IT service delivery to uphold and enhance global policies, manage keys, and oversee all licensing.
  Keep up with and make sure that any documentation about TMP’s infrastructure is accurate.
