You will lead development in this position and foster a proactive, customer-focused culture. You will be free to mold the role in a way that will accelerate Sago Europe’s growth. Your direction as a coach to your team will be vital.

Driving sales growth, creating and implementing sales strategies, and leading a group of sixteen sales professionals in the European market are all part of your job description at Sago. You will be essential to our efforts to reach revenue goals, build trusting connections with clients, and increase our market presence.
Responsabilities:
- Expand the channel’s overall market share.
- Oversee a multicultural group of account managers and executives.
- Hold the group responsible for meeting the sales goals set for each month, quarter, and year.
- Encourage, coach, and guide the group on deal strategy and sales processes.
- Make use of the tools and data that are available to make sure the team is following best practices.
- Reduce client attrition and put customer retention tactics into practice.
- Recognize the forces of competition and the market, communicate, and put go-to-market strategy into action.
Requeriments:

- Proven track record of implementing proactive, customer

- At least an English C1 level; proficiency in German, Spanish, or French as a second language is preferred.
