We are currently looking to join our customer’s team as an IT support specialist with a good history in SIP/VOIP technologies.
Responsabilities:
Among your primary duties as a Support Specialist will be:
- Answering stern phone calls and emails from partners and dealers on our complete product line (hardware and software)
- In the ISDN and VoIP environment, assisting administrators (f/m/d) and sales partners (m/f/d) with problem analysis and solution seeking for product, network, and application issues Recording, analyzing, and documenting software faults
- Replicating the faults that have been reported
- Close coordination with the support teams and the internal development department
- Getting ready and imparting knowledge to support team members (male, female, and devoid)
Requeriments:
- Professional background relevant to the role from a comparable position in the telecoms industry.
- A customer-focused approach and the capacity for assured and pleasant communication.
- Good understanding of web servers and networks (TCP/IP), Linux, SIP/VoIP.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Java.
- Considerable expertise using VoIP phone technologies.
- Strong aptitude for analysis.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and fluent in German (C1).
- Thorough and self-sufficient work methodology.
