In order to grow the business and enroll more members, we are seeking to hire a driven Junior Social Media & Sales Assistant who can deliver on tasks consistently. This includes managing daily pipelines and posting social media content to ensure that leads are followed up on.

This remote job is available full-time.

Requeriments:

With the following qualifications in particular, we are searching for a Junior Social Media & Sales Assistant:

• Possesses outstanding communication skills in English.
• Has worked as a social media assistant or in a position similar for at least two years.
• Outstanding familiarity with social networking sites including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Possesses experience with social outreach and a large volume of messages.
• Possesses prior expertise sending out a lot of messages.
• Competent in the use of CRMs.
• Tech-savvy, capable of using a computer and at ease working only virtually.
• Excellent, dependable, and steady internet connection.
• Able to work efficiently under time restrictions and adhere to clear directions.

Responsabilities:

• Sending a link to a prospect, noting them down putting them on a hitlist, and continuing to follow up.
• Reaching out to any prospects based on interest or intent and reviewing Instagram alerts once a day.
• Daily follow-up and checking of leads in the CRM.
• Carrying out outreach every day.
• Accepting friend requests on Facebook groups and accepting connections requests on LinkedIn.
• Pre-call investigation.
• Sending pertinent links in response to messages or comments on social networking sites.
• Ensuring that there are zero daily talks in CRM.
• Daily check of the hit list and the necessary follow-up.
