Responsabilities:

  • As part of your responsibilities, you’ll lead the LFC operation with strength and integrity to guarantee that our clients receive top-notch, safe service. Your main goals will be to produce site KPI performances in order to satisfy budgetary constraints and reach an ideal cost to service, as well as to land and embed site and centrally-driven continuous improvement programs. By providing constant coaching and constructive criticism, you can lead and develop your team and make sure they are managed well to produce excellent outcomes.
  • In addition, you will be in charge of allocating van resources, maintaining stock inventories, responding to client requests and volume fluctuations, and adjusting operational resources as needed to reach goals.
  • It will be essential to recognize and develop team talent in order to create a succession pipeline. Engaging and motivating the team members will also play a key role in fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • You will meticulously make sure that we always adhere to safety and regulatory regulations, hire and manage staff to satisfy headcount requirements, and actively participate in corporate transformation initiatives.
