Responsabilities:
- Establishes the direction for the product and oversees the creation and implementation of the yearly product strategy.
- Creates the business case for initiatives involving new product development and product changes, collaborating with several departments to bring the project to market. keeps track of performance after launch.
- Defines business briefs for requirements pertaining to customer experience, channels, and product-related communication, especially when connected to projects involving product changes.
- With assistance from the marketing and brand departments, develops and executes the Draw-Based Games Event plan.
- Collaborates closely with the teams in charge of trading, marketing, and commercial planning to provide the product. Draw-Based Games Annual Business Plan artifacts: establish KPIs and track success.
- Oversees the weekly trading analysis for the product and keeps an eye on longer-term performance patterns by analyzing trade data, consumer research, and outside factors. makes appropriate recommendations for business endeavors and/or choices made within the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely on annual Brand Plans, monthly media plans, and target strategy and game positioning for Draw-Based Games with the corresponding Brand Manager and the Consumer Insights team.
- Supports the evolution of the consumer experience and the product via digital and retail channels.
- recognizes and makes sure that the Product team’s obligations regarding license compliance are fulfilled at all times. regulates pertinent hazards and upholds important procedures and controls
- Advocates for integrating external perspectives within Allwyn to enhance strategic thinking and execution of products and experiences.
- Promotes “healthy play,” making sure that player comprehension and responsible play are at the center of decision-making.
- Overseeing the work of one direct report, giving them clear instructions, helping them create goals, mentoring them, and helping them grow so they may accomplish company goals and direct their own personal growth.
Requeriments:
- In order to properly build one or more draw-based games and help raise money for charitable causes, the Senior Product Manager – Draw-Based Games (DBG) is in charge of creating the product roadmap for those games.
- In order to drive commercial performance with trading responsibility for the designated games, this calls for strategic planning, an understanding of consumer behavior, overseeing the planning and execution of product innovation projects, defining needs for product marketing, and spotting possibilities.
- The position can be viewed as the “hub” for the games, working with cross-functional teams at all product touchpoints to be a catalyst for excellence, guaranteeing that both new and returning players enjoy the National Lottery’s draw-based games to the fullest, and optimizing contributions to charitable causes while upholding integrity and safeguarding players.
