Responsabilities:

• While still primarily serving the public sector, Methods is expanding its clientele to include a sizable private sector clientele.
• The Senior Business Analyst will usually be the team leader in both agile and waterfall project environments while working in a DDaT interdisciplinary team. They will evaluate circumstances and comprehend issues by using analytical and problem-solving methods. They will also gather, analyze, validate, and come to an agreement on business requirements and user stories. Leading business analysts in small- to medium-sized projects and assisting with the study of more complicated changes are two responsibilities of the post. Leading a range of business analysis tasks, managing stakeholder relationships, working autonomously to produce the necessary outputs, and coaching and sharing best practices with others are all part of their responsibilities.
• The ideal applicant would have prior expertise implementing business analysis techniques in various types of digital transformations. In order to function as a competent analyst, they will possess expertise and knowledge that are supported by the customized use of many frameworks and techniques. They will have knowledge of one or more industries and an understanding of the public services landscape in the UK. They will possess not only business analytical abilities but also knowledge of how innovation and new technologies may help provide better public services.
• The position will involve working on customer sites and will be home-based. In order to serve our clients efficiently, it is anticipated that the
• Senior Business Analyst will pick up knowledge of Methods Portfolio offering quite rapidly. The position will help our Community of Practice and Business Analysis Service grow.
