In order to support us in selling and upselling Sleek’s services to clients who depend on them, we are now looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Account Executive. We want you on our team if you’re a seasoned sales professional with a knack for completing deals quickly using phone, video, or other channels. You should also have a proven track record of generating leads, establishing rapport, and closing deals. Your victories will tell the story!

Responsabilities:

  • Transforming self-generated and incoming leads into profitable sales
  • Selling Sleek’s goods and services in an upsell
  • Create and modify sales tactics to satisfy client and organizational requirements.
  • Increase Sleek’s income by surpassing targets and KPIs.
  • Develop a long-lasting relationship with prospects by nurturing them throughout the sales cycle and making sure they are in line with Sleek’s product offering.
  • Determine prospects for product development based on customer experiences and feedback.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to the other members of the UK Sales team. Give them advice on how to enhance their own sales performance.
    demonstrated success in marketing complicated products.

Requeriments:

  • It is very desirable to have prior experience selling B2B, SAAS, accounting, or tech-related goods or services.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-focused. Prioritizes the needs of the customer when making a pitch. Has experience effectively managing sizable incoming pipelines using automation (such as tasks, sequences, and reminders) and lead statuses.
  • Outstanding performer: a history of continuously exceeding sales expectations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • A love of technology and the community of local startups
  • Having prior Hubspot experience would be helpful.
  • Demonstrated capacity to operate both independently and in remote teams
  • Proficiency in collaborating with internal departments (Product, Data, etc.) to enhance procedures, documentation, product attributes, etc.
