A Senior Strategic Sales Manager for the DACH region has an exciting opportunity to spearhead growth in quickly expanding businesses. As part of this position, you will be expected to close agreements, increase sales, and find new opportunities within particular business verticals. You will also be expected to establish credibility with clients, which includes C-level executives at large corporations. The ideal applicant has a strong interest in technology, a wealth of expertise in the enterprise cloud services, IoT solutions, or SaaS sectors, and in-depth knowledge of the market. As a member of Soracom’s European sales team, you will represent the company and aid in the adoption of IoT technology.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop and carry out account plans while having a thorough understanding of the designated industry verticals and identifying Mid to Larger organizations as targets.
  • Establish connections with important client organization stakeholders, such as executives, to guarantee continued business expansion and continuity.
  • Close and negotiate agreements, respond to grievances and objections
  • Assist the organization in creating sales plans.
  • Assemble and give pertinent presentations about goods and services.
  • Make regular reviews and reports containing financial and sales information. Represent the company at conferences and exhibits.
  • Work together with the organization to get the greatest outcomes possible.
  • Get input from potential or current clients and provide it to internal teams.
  • Hands-on and ready to work in a startup setting with rapid growth

Requeriments:

Important prerequisites

  • A track record of at least five years in B2B strategic sales, enterprise cloud, IoT solutions, or equivalent roles.
  • Knowledge of business development, particularly in the IoT and SaaS ecosystems, in the DACH region
  • The capacity to interact directly at the CxO level in both medium-sized and large businesses
  • A track record of closing significant acquisitions in the DACH area
  • German and English Business Proficiency – Preferably Native
  • Familiarity with large-scale lead management with CRM tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bargaining strategies
  • Self-motivated, practical, and results-oriented
  • Excellent presenting abilities and the capacity to provide visually appealing and captivating product demonstrations
  • Travel 25% of the time or more
