An innovative Swiss medical dermatology company is seeking a Sales Manager DACH to join their team of ambitious professionals. This position is open to locations in Austria, Switzerland, or Germany.

Stratpharma is eager to establish a team in Switzerland in order to continue this success on the European market, where it has witnessed phenomenal development over the past five years.

An ambitious business with remarkable year-over-year expansion Stratpharma has nine products on the market at the moment, with five more in development for imminent release, thereby bolstering an already robust portfolio.

It is the responsibility of the Sales Manager to ensure that this new sales team maintains a high level of performance consistency throughout the DACH region.

Several years ago, the Sales team introduced revolutionary products for radiotherapy, dermatology, wound care, and gynecology onto the Swiss market.

Responsabilities:

Tasks

  • Guarantee representatives Achieve and surpass the revenue and business objectives of their respective territories.
  • Providing team members with training and education.
  • Developing and delivering business proposals that incorporate benchmark data and account metrics.
  • Determine influential clients and thought leaders in the region.
  • Efficiently and prudently allocate the essential resources in order to generate the most significant business influence.
  • Construct comprehensive account strategies for every strategic client.
  • Oversee the regional budget.

Sales Savviness

  • Carry out the sales process efficiently.
  • Present your sales pitch or presentation in a well-prepared and efficient manner.
  • Exhibit outstanding product and competitor expertise, and make good use of it when organizing and carrying out sales presentations.

Time management and organization

  • Develop a territory routing strategy on your own to reliably cover the region.
  • Provide accurate and timely submissions of all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans.
  • Sort daily strategies according to their biggest effects on the business.

Client Communications

  • Show how to apply medical promotion techniques, a customer-centric approach to business planning, and the sales process.
  • To provide the most value, find out what the consumer wants and then give them the right information, tools, and message.
  • Utilize your connections with important clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to determine the plastic surgery community’s territory network.
  • Establish and nurture strategic, long-term business ties with your main clients.

Requeriments:

  • Current medical sales experience of seven years or more in the fields of gynecology, radiotherapy, wound care, or dermatology is preferred.
  • Knowledge of promoting OTC or prescription products.
  • Pharmacies and medical professionals serve as call locations.
  • History of success in pharmacy sales.
  • Prior experience in sales of prescription pharmaceuticals or devices is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Effective in independent tasks.
  • Proven success in medical promotion.
  • English and local language proficiency.
  • A college degree.
