Responsabilities:

The Inbound Sales Representative will supervise and assess leads obtained from prospective new prospects in conjunction with up to three Account Executives. The number of leads that lead to successful sales of our products to SMB through Enterprise-level enterprises will be used to evaluate the performance of the ISR.

Requeriments:

• Fluency in German, French, and English would be beneficial.
• Expert-level listening skills that are proficient
• The capacity to respond quickly to criticisms and deal with them coolly.
• Ability to communicate with managers, directors, vice presidents, and C-level executives with assurance and comfort.
• Self-reliant and capable of setting priorities, using time wisely, adapting to a remote work environment, and knowing when to seek assistance
• Ability to perform in-depth research on possible clients, market trends, and rivalry environments with great attention to detail
• Able to take criticism well and act upon it right away, driven by a sincere desire to improve on the day before
