Responsabilities:

  • Assure that departmental and corporate strategies are followed, that KPIs are delivered, and that the Senior Management Team is informed as necessary.
    Head a group of resources for program management.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounts and sales teams to give precise and prompt support for new business or expansion possibilities, including scope and quotes.
  • To guarantee effective delivery, keep an eye on the scope, budget, timeliness, and quality of every project in the EMEA Client portfolio.
  • Create standardized, repeatable procedures with the help of the other team leads.
  • Lead the Client Delivery Team as a senior operator, approving contracts and serving as a client steer company representative.
  • When necessary, raise challenges to guarantee that programs and projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeframe.
  • A major contributor to the INSTANDA Delivery Methodology, improving the structure to promote efficiency in terms of cost, time, and quality
  • Responsible for monthly finance assessments to ensure that the EMEA Portfolio’s revenue recognition, billing, and profitability are all in line.
  • Every two weeks Taking Part in Prioritization and Client Delivery Working Groups to guarantee proper management of all project-related changes
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounts to demonstrate client-driven platform modification and improvement.
  • Develop a solid rapport with senior client stakeholders.
  • Mentor, encourage, and coach project and program managers.
    Function as the Head of Client Delivery’s subordinate.

Requeriments:

  • Five or more years of experience in project management and customer service positions (internships included)
  • Three or more years of experience working in a program or portfolio management capacity
  • Possessing expertise in personnel management and a leadership mindset with the capacity to nurture and enhance talent
  • You have to be exposed to the insurance business.
  • Experience working with clients
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a thorough comprehension of business drivers
  • Proficiency in handling various priorities and maintaining effective communication with all parties involved
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for handling challenging communications
  • You have a proven track record of communicating technical ideas in plain English and possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
