To carry out all administrative tasks as outlined below for the Center and to assist the Management Team as needed. The position of Administrator is essential to the success of the Center Management operation since it requires close coordination between all on-site parties, including Operations, Accounts, and Marketing. This is an office-based profession, thus working from home is not an option.
Responsabilities:
- The Administrator will assist the management team while receiving orders from the Center Director on the spot.
- Make that mail is handled correctly both inbound and outbound.
- Make certain that the phone is answered politely and in the proper amount of time.
- Make sure that every piece of Savills documentation is scanned, emailed, and delivered in hard copy via Royal Mail to the appropriate department.
- to supervise petty cash, maintaining all expense records for monthly reconciliation.
- Handle all ad hoc general inquiries and assist in fostering a rapport between center management, contractors, and renters.
- to keep stationery spending under control and, if feasible, reduce expenses
- to guarantee that credentials and visitor data are issued appropriately.
- Every day, update the Dashboard report.
- to consistently update the B2B and B2C database at The Center Livingston, making sure that all important fields are filled up.
