Responsabilities:
- Specific ideas and tactics that go beyond your personal accounts and stand in for the SNAM when needed.
- Develop and implement successful programs that drive sales, revenue, and engagement within your business in collaboration with important internal stakeholders.
- Strategic planning for the retailer’s plan, the transformation program, and the activation of the new license, including collaborating with Alternative Channels to implement any new technological projects in your account
- Create a robust external stakeholder network spanning departments and levels inside pertinent retail channels.
- Provide long-term analysis based on retailer and market trends to support TNL plans for specific clients.
- Gain a deep comprehension of retailers and produce important insights to guide daily operations and strategic thinking.
- Assume a prominent position in the completion of important initiatives for the specified retailers or channel, managing and guiding stakeholders from the inside out.
- Control and answer for retailer-specific spending (trade marketing and capital expenditures). making sure every Allwyn procedure is adhered to
- Assist the retailers’ organization or work with them to make sure that plans are carried out in all pertinent divisions.
- Create and carry out a thorough communication strategy with retailers to guarantee that important business metrics (compliance and availability) are upheld and enhanced.
- To maximize sales revenues and profits, analyze business performance and KPIs, produce important insights, spot development possibilities, and put strategies into action.
- Find ways to develop and place new or existing products within the designated retailers.
- Provide Accountable Play games with authorized shops to assist Operation Guardian.
- Make sure that every terminal and method of play is offered for purchase during all trading hours.
- Lead, mentor, oversee, and inspire a NAE to provide deployment and assistance with the client plan’s implementation.
