Responsabilities:

• To finish the necessary cash and stock controls on the company trucks and across the machine base.
• To repair sporadic machine issues, such as jammed cups, clogged mixing bowls, etc., and notify the service desk of any machine issues.
• On the same day that an incident happens, report all accidents, improperly prepared food, and client complaints to your area manager or the service desk.
• Training new hires and team members in need of upskilling is necessary to guarantee that clients receive high-quality service.
• To guarantee that always polite service is provided and that a high standard of customer care is maintained.
• To carry out routine audits and quality inspections on the machines used by retail merchandisers in accordance with your area retail manager’s instructions. to inform your area manager and the retail merchandiser of any necessary follow-up measures.
• Notify your area manager of any machines that do not meet the hygienic requirements set by the Automatic Vending Association.
• Covering locations in a van or static locations that need to be accessed via public transportation.
• Working five-day shifts, which include bank holidays and weekends.

Requirements:

• Possess the ability to train new hires.
• Possess the ability to finish quality inspections and audits.
