We are seeking a motivated, rapidly expanding, and aspirational individual to become our Head of Social and Influencer Marketing. You will be responsible for spearheading the planning and implementation of our innovative blockchain project marketing, collaborating directly with the Directors.

The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about using social media to strategically develop brands, attract attention, and heavily encourage user advocacy. You’ll have created really imaginative social media marketing campaigns and proven that you can put unique ideas into practice to get attention.

You’ll understand how to grow social media accounts quickly, generating a lot of social proof and lively, active groups.

Responsabilities:

• Own the development of a comprehensive social media marketing plan and its accompanying budget across campaigns and channels
• Lead the creation and oversee the execution of various content formats, such as text, video, still images, and other formats that make the most of the technology on any particular social media or digital platform. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to carry out Go To Marketing strategies, and continuously innovate and enhance our methods of operation.
• Plan and oversee campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope
• Oversee the community and social teams.
• In order to increase participation and income for our projects, we need negotiate agreements with influencers and KOLs. We should also establish a clear delivery schedule and define success metrics.

Requeriments:

• 5+ years expertise in social media marketing and creative development expertise driving traffic and conversions with Web3 KOLs, ideally with an established contact base we can utilize for our projects
• Three or more years’ experience in management
• A thorough awareness of how to use various social media sites, especially with regard to consumers and advertising/branding
• Strong editing and copywriting abilities appropriate for any medium, from employing powerful storytelling strategies to crafting an impactful tweet
• A track record of producing interesting crypto content for web 3 communities and collaboration with designers
• The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical interpretation
• Demonstrated expertise in the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector
