We are seeking a motivated, passionate team player to fill the position of Senior Marketing Executive in our industry-leading consultancy.

We work with some of the most exciting brands and clients, and we always want to expand our clientele. Successful new hires will need to be creative in their approach to reaching and interacting with audiences, possess exceptional social media content creation skills, be extremely well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Enabling the efficient delivery of the marketing content strategy across TNG’s brand, products, and client groups globally is the primary goal of the role. In order to support our aggressive growth objectives, you will collaborate with the marketing manager and subject matter experts to produce and distribute engaging content.

Responsabilities:

Social Networks

Work along with the marketing manager to develop the social media plan.
Put the social media plan into action wherever
Work together with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to create educational and interesting content that appeals to our target audience.
Offer suggestions and understandings for enhancing our tactics through data analysis
Monthly performance reports to the larger company
Participate in our virtual community by leaving thoughtful and timely comments on posts made by target accounts and by professionally answering messages.

Hubble

Assume responsibility for the HubSpot CRM platform by making sure it is configured, customized, and optimized correctly.
Take the lead in managing the platform’s data, which includes routinely cleaning marketing distribution lists.
Become the go to person for best practice sharing and internal training
Alumni Engagement (workshop participants)
Bring new ideas to the Marketing Manager for the creation of the alumni engagement strategy
Lead in the implementation of the plan ensuring that every workshop delegate enjoys a smooth and engaging experience during and after the workshop

Campaign Management

Assist the Marketing Manager in the implementation and delivery of campaigns via Hubspot including:
Gantt chart design to keep wider business informed about campaign plans
Data segmentation and content distribution
Liaising with the translation team or local market to ensure all content translated
Discuss campaign analysis and feedback with the marketing manager
Coordinating with the internal graphic designer to produce content

Content Generation

Take the lead in producing, organizing, and distributing case studies and testimonies within the organization.
Coordinating with the program/project lead to get case studies and references
Content creation in many media, such as written and video
Coordinate with the translation team to guarantee appropriate translation of any newly added content
Help ensure that sales materials are updated with the most recent case studies and testimonials.

Requeriments:

Self-starter, takes initiative, able to come up with new ideas, solutions and recommendations with minimal resources
Skill in public speaking and presentation
Capacity to operate independently while relishing the camaraderie of a close-knit team
Strong interpersonal abilities and a cooperative attitude
Familiarity with grocery or a direct-to-consumer industry is an advantage, but definitely not essential
It is essential to have prior experience using HubSpot as a CRM.
