Working along with your coworkers, you will be expected to provide security and cleaning services on a daily basis to the high standards that Waverley Market management and ABM demand.
Day-to-day oversight of the contract will be essentially assumed by the Site Manager, with dotted line support from Senior Management to the ABM Area General Manager.
You will be expected to make sure that the shopping centers, the Center Management Office, all public areas, including any associated service yards or roads, restrooms, common areas, and back of house areas, are completely safe, fully secured, and cleaned to a standard that surpasses the expectations of the customers through a proactive and planned management program.

Responsabilities:
- To judiciously oversee the services in compliance with the rules and guidelines of the business.
- Oversee the security team’s and the control room’s daily activities to ensure compliance.
- Give the Center Management Team the crucial operational support they require.
- Make sure the cleaning and security services live up to the high standards set by Mystery Shoppers.
- Assist Management as needed and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assistance initiatives for coworkers including training, health and safety, growth, and welfare at work, among other topics.
- Verify that security teams’ licenses and background checks are current and in order. Provide an update and report on each’s status.
- Lead and groom the group in terms of coaching and requirements for Security Skills/Emergency Response.
- Ensure that high standards are consistently met, be adaptable to the ever-changing operational needs, and propose new projects to guarantee best practices and ongoing improvement are consistently provided.
- Offer expert assistance to the client in all contract-related matters and to the business in matters pertaining to services.
- To oversee the personnel roster delivery, payroll completion, and appropriate staffing levels, guaranteeing that compliance is consistently upheld.
- Conduct daily audits to make sure that the highest requirements of a clean, safe, and secure environment are always present. Create a daily report on this audit to make sure that any problems are brought to the attention of
