  • Setting priorities among several strict deadlines without exerting much effort
  • Leading client meetings and making sure everything is well-prepared
  • Serving as the client’s primary point of contact and accepting accountability for job completion
  • Addressing customer requests for information and offering suggestions for PR campaigns in order to support larger client goals; delivering outcomes and continuously searching for ways to improve performance
  • Establishing rapport with editors and reporters and possessing an acute sense of what makes an interesting story
  • Directing a PR account executive, establishing objectives for the job, and lending a hand when necessary
  • Putting together outstanding bids, making compelling presentations, and pursuing new business prospects
  • Meeting short deadlines to reply to inquiries from the media -Possess prior PR experience, preferably in the homebuilding or construction industries. This should include time spent in a PR account manager or a related position.

  • Way that readers will find engaging.
  • Recognize typos and missing apostrophes immediately.
  • Possess a positive outlook and collaborate well with others in a team to fulfill deadlines.
  • Recognize the value of client budgets and know how to adhere to them. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering work, managing clients, and collaborating with team members.
