At TIKTAL OU, we are looking for an Influencer Recruiter to join our team. You will be essential in finding and interacting with influencers on a variety of social media channels as an influencer recruiter. Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, negotiating conditions of participation, and making sure that all of the criteria are followed will be your primary responsibilities.

Responsabilities:

• Locating possible influencers to work with on brand partnerships.
• Reaching out to influencers via email and direct messaging.
• Settling on conditions for the relationship, such as payment and content requirements.
• Assessing the content quality, engagement rates, and demographics of influencers’ audiences.
• Ensuring influencers produce excellent content and follow brand rules.

Requirements:

• It is preferred if you have experience with social media management or influencer marketing.
• Solid familiarity with social media trends and platforms.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
• The capacity to assess influencer performance and analytics.
• Keen eye for detail and excellent planning abilities.
• Ardor for influencer marketing, social media, and brand partnerships.
• Capacity to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Adaptability to shifting demands and priorities in the field of influencer marketing.
