Responsabilities:
In addition to creating and carrying out sales strategies, the Head of Sales will be in charge of overseeing and managing the sales force and hitting sales goals. Important duties include of:
- Creating and putting into practice sales tactics to boost company expansion and hit revenue goals
- Overseeing and mentoring the sales staff, offering direction and encouragement to meet both individual and group objectives
- Establishing and preserving solid connections with important stakeholders and clients
- Keeping an eye on rival activity and industry trends to spot commercial development chances
- Working together with other departments to make sure that sales, project delivery, and customer support are all seamlessly coordinated
- Creating reports, budgets, and sales projections for upper management
- Regularly assessing employee performance and giving the sales team feedback
- Determining the sales team’s needs for training and development and organizing pertinent programs

- Proven track record in senior sales management in the fire and security sector. Capable of inspiring and leading a sales team to meet goals and produce outcomes.
- Strong planning and strategic thinking abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish and preserve connections with stakeholders and clients
- A track record of success in fostering business expansion and reaching sales goals
- The capacity to assess industry trends and create winning sales plans
- Excellent closing and negotiating abilities Capacity to work both individually and together
- Full UK Driving License

- Base Pay: Based on Candidate Experience; Commission/Bonus Schedule
