Responsabilities:

You will be instrumental in improving customer service touchpoints and directing our customer care operations going forward as Sainsbury’s Head of Customer Service, Tools, and Events. In order to ensure a seamless customer journey, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer care initiatives that are in line with the business goals of the company. You will also be required to oversee the deployment of customer service technologies, monitor key performance indicators, champion a customer-centric culture and influence leaders throughout the organization, use insights to influence the customer service plan, manage budgets and resources, foster an excellence and continuous learning culture within your team, and model Sainsbury’s valued behaviors. You will establish Sainsbury’s as a leader in the retail sector by fostering end-to-end service excellence and remarkable customer happiness via your leadership and knowledge.
