For a part-time contract role, our client, a UX/UI design company located in the UK, is looking for a talented mid-level UI designer. Two ongoing UX initiatives for UK digital start-ups will be supported by the designer. The majority of this week-long project is done remotely, with an emphasis on website and app design. The ideal applicant will fit in with the current design team smoothly and match the company’s established aesthetic with their flair.

Responsabilities:

• Make UI designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical for websites and mobile applications.
• Work on two digital start-up projects with the internal UX/UI design team.
• Develop and refine design concepts using Figma.
• Make sure that designs are consistent across different platforms and gadgets.
• Apply the principles of user-centered design to all of your work.

Requeriments:

• Demonstrated expertise as a mid-level UI designer, especially in projects involving technology
• Advanced knowledge of Figma
• Exemplary portfolio showcasing proficiency in UI design for mobile applications and websites
• Capacity to match designs to the company’s current style (as exhibited on their website)
• Outstanding knowledge of best practices and principles of user-centered design
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to function well in a remote team setting
