Responsabilities:

• We still have a lot of fuel remaining in the tank.
• Overseeing, guiding, and coaching a group of six to twelve individuals in one or two teams via goal-setting, one-on-one coaching, relationship-building, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Product Managers to build thriving, independent teams.
• Teams can be empowered through advocacy, giving corporate context, coaching, and translating a sense of purpose.
• Collaborate with the People team and fellow Engineering Managers to execute and enhance our career advancement, remuneration, and performance assessment systems, in addition to other tactical endeavors.
• Serve as the hiring manager for various engineering positions and endeavor to increase inclusion and diversity in the engineering field.
• Make sure your teams have a clear goal, vision, and plan, and foster an environment that is welcoming and encouraging.
• Effectively handle unforeseen difficulties, communicate, and take on various company representative roles.
• Draw in bright engineers and proactively cultivate connections with organization leaders
• Direct reports benefit from coaching and mentoring, systemic changes are supported, and team productivity and effectiveness are improved.
• It is imperative that you consistently endeavor to behave in the best interest of your clients by providing impartial, equitable, and expert services.

Requeriments:

• Completely remote position with workable offices in Porto, Munich, Madrid, and London
