Responsabilities:

  • Share Nectar360’s mission and ensure that everyone understands the advantages and unique selling points of all of Nectar360’s analytics and communications offerings.
  • Own the development of data-driven brand campaigns and plans, primarily for on- and off-site digital channels, but with the ability to build omnichannel campaigns for all of Sainsbury’s media as well.
  • Develop plans that support Sainsbury’s retail events and are in line with the company, marketing, and category objectives.
  • Learn how to use audience planning and delivery technologies with ease.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics to extract valuable insights and learnings from post-campaign assessment, then share these with suppliers and clients.
  • Help the digital team reach the £200 million target for digital media revenues within the five-year plan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Nectar360 and other Sainsbury’s teams (as well as auxiliary organizations) to constructively cultivate the culture of the digital planning team.
  • Establish productive working relationships with e-commerce, analytics, product, and tech colleagues to guarantee the ongoing development and delivery of our digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong data-led planning abilities, including the ability to use segmentation and profiling methodologies and the data to create narratives and uncover insights.
  • Thorough understanding of data planning and strategy development, including developing and pitching clients’ and agencies’ outstanding data-led plans that connect with consumers, stimulate commerce, and advance larger business goals
  • Specialized expertise, in-depth understanding, and broad experience in the data and digital industries, including technical familiarity with e-commerce platforms, Google, Facebook, and ATL media firms
  • Outstanding familiarity with the programmatic media environment.
  • Sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint skills combined with outstanding verbal, written, and numerical communication abilities.
  • Expertise in assisting teams dealing with clients to meet business objectives or in sticking to a budget.
  • Proficiency in project leadership and project management, with the ability to collaborate with agency teams, FMCG customers, and external suppliers, as well as larger business functions
  • Proficiency in persuading and showcasing success and best practices to clients and the larger trading, marketing, and category teams at Nectar, Sainsbury’s, and Argos through the presentation of intricate ideas and success stories.
  • Proactive, determined, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
