Responsabilities:

The Stationery Designer at Papier will be in charge of researching, conceptualizing, developing, and artworking stationery ideas in order to provide inspirational stationery that satisfies the overall creative vision.

It will be your duty to provide designs that advance the brand by setting trends and continuously changing. You exhibit a strong talent for illustration and typography in design, and you will collaborate directly with the senior design team to contribute significantly to Papier’s internal design handwriting, which will help Papier become a recognized global brand for stationery lifestyle.

Requeriments:

Concept Design

  • Excellently execute several concurrent design projects to produce aspirational, trend-setting designs.
  • Communicate design concepts and results cross-functionally with assurance and clarity, articulating intricate design thinking in a way that piques interest and increases engagement.
  • Maintaining a keen knowledge of current lifestyle and design trends and actively scheduling time for creative experimentation and research can help you and the Papier design team foster creative growth.
  • Perform in-depth, varied, and well-curated research for design projects that result in original, cutting-edge stationery designs.
  • Recognize the brand’s aesthetic and interpret the brief to produce powerful moodboards and designs that complement, follow, and reinforce the plan.

Design-Based Delivery

  • Make use of your strong graphic design, illustration, and print composing abilities to create innovative product design concepts.
  • Ensure that all important deadlines are fulfilled by actively managing your personal schedule that includes several ongoing projects. proactively plan and get ready for the next steps in a project, and mentor and assist any direct reports in doing the same.
  • As a project moves forward, keep all stakeholders updated and prepare any relevant design information to be presented with them at strategic points.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of business and design sales success, and make use of it to produce designs that are both exciting and commercially viable, meeting or beyond project objectives.
  • By proactively supporting, delivering, and adjusting to shifting targets in line with the demands of the business, you may show that you are flexible. When faced with obstacles linked to design, take initiative and keep a positive outlook.
