We are searching for an ambitious and driven Data Analyst to become a part of our elite team.

To promote data-driven decision-making, you will collaborate extensively with teams from throughout the business, including sales, customer success, and product and engineering. To enhance our offering and the user experience, it will be your duty to analyze user data, spot trends, and offer useful insights.

Responsabilities:

• Work together with different team members to fully comprehend data requirements and get knowledge about customer and business requirements.
• Analyze data to obtain insightful knowledge about product performance, market trends, and user behavior (leads, clients, and attorneys).
• To efficiently track and measure important product and experience metrics and performance indicators, create and maintain aesthetically pleasing dashboards and reports.
• Create and carry out A/B tests to evaluate the effects of new features and modifications to the product.
• Utilize machine learning techniques in conjunction with statistical methodologies to identify trends and make accurate predictions about user behavior.
• Clearly convey conclusions and suggestions to the group in order to promote dataMaking well-informed decisions
• Keep an ongoing eye on and assess the success of projects and product modifications, iterating as needed
• Work together with the engineering team to streamline the data collection procedures, guaranteeing precise and high-quality data integrity.

Requeriments:

• A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, such as economics, computer science, statistics, or data science
• Two or more years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a product-focused position
• SQL proficiency and practical knowledge of data visualization programs such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of success in A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to deliver complicated data findings succinctly
• Prowess in solving problems and taking the initiative to address commercial obstacles
• Prior experience working in a quick-paced startup setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
• It helps to have a basic awareness of legal terms and procedures.
