At Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon, MSX International is seeking a Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor to join our dynamic team.

The Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will help the global network with escalated events in order to engage and support the workforce of Connected Cars, which is responsible for providing a ‘Best in Class’ global service.

Responsabilities:

When a customer calls, chats, or emails for technical support, the Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will act as their initial point of contact.

The Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor’s responsibilities in this profession include:

  • Manage international markets like the USA and the UK.
  • Finds solutions for clients by recognizing issues, doing research, and assisting clients in making the necessary corrections.
  • Keep track of incidents, issues, and their fixes with a ticketing system.
  • Communicate with the client; collaborate closely with JLR teams and individuals.
  • Verify that all appropriate protocols and guidelines are adhered to.
  • Creating reports and sending them to important parties.
  • Promote client retention and loyalty with precise incident handling.
  • Determining problems by examining the team’s data.

Requirements:

For someone who is technically confident, quick to learn, and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, this is a terrific opportunity.

Additionally, our perfect Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will possess:

  • Technical issue troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A rudimentary understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • A strong interest in technology, staying current with news and advancements.
