Responsabilities:

Helping our clients when their water dispenser stops working, you will perform troubleshooting procedures to attempt to fix the problem over the phone and restart the device. Along with offering assistance and guidance on our product line, everyday tasks include raising work orders for engineer call outs, handling servicing requests, and verifying attendance dates. Our customer service crew is quite busy and may be reached via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience serving customers in a call center or other customer-facing role
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and communicate.
  • Capacity to function both alone and together.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Strong computing abilities
