In addition to representing our company as an ambassador, your job as a customer support representative will involve offering gamers and devoted clients top-notch assistance. You should have a proactive and upbeat “can do” attitude, be calm and confident, have a strong enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service, and be technically inclined. Your objective will be to create a positive and smooth client journey while working with a multinational company that speaks several languages.

Responsabilities:

  • Guaranteeing that all responses are given with exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail, and that the goal of answering customers’ questions is to resolve them on the spot.
  • Ensuring that all customer conversations are handled with the goal of providing solutions as a priority while maintaining anonymity, and that questions are answered within the predetermined response timeframes.
  • Resolving any technical concerns brought up by clients, especially those that come up via live chat, by doing fault finding analyses and providing suitable remedies that fix the problems. You will be trained and required to connect with clients over the phone, even if the majority of the role involves non-voice interactions (call backs, for example).
  • Working in a dynamic team environment with both individual and group goals, you will successfully communicate while carrying out your team’s duty of providing each and every customer with the greatest possible customer care.

Requeriments:
