To join our highly productive UK customer team, we are seeking a skilled and driven Customer Success Specialist.
You will be a key member of our customer success team, helping the customer function with daily customer administrative procedures. You will collaborate closely with the customer team to guarantee that our company’s renewal targets and goals are met and exceeded, from directly interacting with schools to providing support to the Customers Success Managers.
We are seeking a somebody with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a sincere love for helping customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a track record of success working with customers, the ability to follow and develop procedures while taking initiative to solve customer issues, and the ability to foster brand advocacy within the community are all requirements for the perfect candidate.
This position will begin with a set 12-month term and is anticipated to turn into a permanent role as the business expands.
Responsabilities:
- Boost utilization by corresponding with schools via phone calls and emails.
- Arrange and plan customer meetings for the field-based customer team.
- Oversee the onboarding procedures for each new client.
- Fulfill all administrative responsibilities for company renewals. Salesforce CRM
- By phone and email, deliver efficient, pro-active, and expert case management to customers.
- Drive attendance to webinars, user groups & events
- Oversee incoming financial inquiries, follow up on past-due bills, and finish New Supplier Forms.
- Assistance with ad hoc tasks like scheduling couriers for events and hiring new staff
- Attend quarterly in-person team meetings; the UK has several locations for these.
Requirements:
- Two years minimum of experience in customer service or customer success
- Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with client onboarding, renewals, and sales support is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and verbally, with a keen eye for detail
- Customer-centric in thought and execution; able to establish and nurture relationships; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously, assume responsibility for tasks, and work well in a team
