Responsabilities:

Become a member of our Customer Care team, which consists of over 100 employees, and oversee a German Qonto business customer portfolio. You will devote all of your attention to establishing enduring bonds with our German clients, resolving problems as they come up to guarantee high client satisfaction, and streamlining our processes and overall workflow.

You’ll become a part of Dimitrije’s team, which consists of over ten members. You’ll be at the center of account management with the team, handling account usage, security, and the finer elements, including bookkeeping and invoicing, all to meet our objectives and deliver the greatest and most dependable client service possible.

Working for Qonto as a Customer Success Manager, you will:

Be an ambassador for Qonto! You will enchant our German clients by offering astute, prompt technical assistance, assisting them with Qonto, and responding to any inquiries they may have by phone or email.

Be the voice of our customers: We value customer feedback and use it to keep our products at the top of the “WOW” factor that our customers adore.

Establish internal procedures (such as updating FAQs, dashboards, macros, and providing feedback to the operations and product teams) to better handle customer requests.

Assume responsibility. You’ll spot abnormalities, optimize and establish fresh approaches to problem-solving, and inform your colleagues of all of this.

Requeriments:

  • Experience: You have experience in customer support.
  • Customer-centric: You are able to modify your discourse to fit the demands of your audience and you exhibit empathy.
  • Goal-oriented: You work hard to meet your everyday objectives.
  • Communication abilities: You write and speak clearly.
  • Mastery: You’re a pro at using SaaS platforms like Jira, Zendesk, and Intercom.
  • Languages: You speak and understand German and English fluently.
