We have made the decision to realign the organization around the needs of the client. In light of this, this position is intended to maximize customer acquisition and retention within our primary SME market. Working with SMEs, you will assist founders in setting up share plans for their groups and assisting them in resolving all of their equity-related issues.

This is a chance to engage with clients in our primary SME segment of the business and promote proactive client ownership, long-term relationships, and customer-driven added value, all of which will lower customer turnover.

Responsabilities:

General duties of the job:

  • Assisting the client in setting up the first plan and continuing to help them throughout the customer life cycle
  • Delivering the greatest possible client success.
  • Representing consumer interests in an effort to improve and develop the product over time.
  • Enhancing client loyalty and lowering attrition.
  • Proactively maintaining client engagement while increasing MRR through recommendations and upgrades.
  • Promptly answering the questions of the customers.
  • Gaining specialized expertise within a market and assuming control over particular domains
  • Iterating procedures frequently in order to enhance the client experience.

Requeriments:

Competencies & expertise:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to persuade others are demonstrated
  • Centered on ongoing education
  • Capable of juggling priorities and achieving both personal and professional goals in a challenging and changing work environment.
  • Good IT abilities are necessary.
