You will be interacting via phone, social media, live chat, email, and other channels with our consumers directly on the front lines.

You’ll receive comprehensive training to guarantee that you feel confident going above and above and providing a caliber of service that is consistent with our brand.

Responsabilities:

How does an agent for customer service here execute their job?

  • Overseeing customer support communications on several channels, including phone, live chat, and email.
  • Offering each and every one of our clients exceptional quality services
  • Managing tasks related to general administration
  • Assisting the Fleet and other teams as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency & Experience

  • Possesses strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
  • Possesses at least one year of relevant experience in live chat or digital customer service
  • Possesses more than two years of customer service experience; a luxury brand is preferred
  • Capable of efficiently resolving issues on behalf of the client while adhering to our voice tone
  • Works well in a team environment, contributing to all aspects of THE OUT company
  • Exhibits vitality, optimism, and self-assurance even when handling challenging circumstances and discussions
  • Has the ability to set priorities and manage several projects with strict deadlines
  • Is adaptable to work shifts, even on holidays and weekends
