The first person our customers speak with is one of our customer service executives. You will be taking care of calls from Welsh-speaking clients, both inbound and outgoing, to discuss their needs, account details, and help with payments.

You will work shifts from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday through Friday, and one Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Talking with clients about signing up for the program, payments, updating personal information, answering inquiries about arrears, supplying information about the program, and addressing a range of customer vulnerabilities are all part of your job description.

Your main priorities should be satisfying our consumers and doing things correctly the first time.

Responsabilities:

• Having wonderful phone chats with our clients
• Assisting clients with a range of vulnerabilities, from minor to serious
• Ensuring equitable treatment of our clients to achieve a just and lawful result
• Finding areas for development and promoting a culture of continual improvement
• Adhering to our established protocols and guidelines
• Reaching benchmarks for performance. Quality, preventable complaints, business KPIs, preventable occurrences, and exhibiting appropriate behavior are some of these.
• Recognizing our clients’ inquiries and offering the appropriate response in accordance with their policies and procedures

Requirements:

You are one who possesses:

• Experience in contact centers or customer service
• Expertise in assisting and interacting with vulnerable clients

You are a person who:

• A proficient speaker of Welsh
• Devoted to giving clients outstanding levels of service
• Able to work and pick things up swiftly in a lively, enjoyable workplace
