Responsabilities:

As a vital component of our contact center team, you will be in charge of giving our clients top-notch service. Taking care of incoming calls from both new and current clients and handling their inquiries by phone, email, and messaging services will be your responsibility.

Requeriments:

• Although it’s not necessary, it would be ideal if you had prior experience working in a call center or customer service setting.
• Being able to work from home requires having a designated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Dependable performer who is driven to meet goals
• The capacity to take initiative and act swiftly

• Competent with computers, has a quick typing speed, and feels at ease with a variety of systems
