Whether you work from home or at our UK headquarters in the heart of Norwich, you can anticipate spending the majority of your time:

• Taking calls and responding to emails so that our clients may get the most out of their accounts, follow their delivery, and discover more about our crowdfunded wines and winemakers

Which hours are they?

Since this is a full-time job, your usual workweek will consist of 37.5 hours split over 5 days.

We need to be able to work weekends because we are open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. You must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every two weeks as a minimum requirement. We’ll try our best to work with you if you would rather work on the weekends.

What time should I begin?

Our start dates are flexible and extend until the end of October 2024.

We are looking for persons who can pick things up quickly and flourish in a demanding atmosphere because this is a temporary contract that ends in December 2024. There will be opportunities for contract extensions and permanent roles for those who truly shine in the position.
