In order to collaborate with our Head of Customer and serve clients with a wide range of needs, including credit advice and how to handle their finances, we are seeking inquisitive people with experience in retail banking and consumer credit.

The departments and silos that are commonly found in banks and other lenders are not something we support. As a member of the Customer Team, you will be accountable for and work across several disciplines. To create the greatest possible customer outcomes, you will collaborate with all members of the Updraft Team in the areas of Product, Marketing Technology, Legal, and Compliance.

Requeriments:

You will be passionate about improving the lives of millions of people by providing high-quality consumer results and have experience working in the consumer financial services industry.

Additionally, you will possess;

• An actual desire to assist others in reaching their financial objectives.
• Competent complaint handler with the assurance to communicate with clients through our internet platforms.
• An autonomous and self-motivated strategy.
• Three or more years of experience working with consumers in a branch, over the phone, or online in the consumer financial services industry, with some knowledge of consumer credit, including personal loans, credit cards, and overdrafts.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Because of the small size of our team, it is critical that in addition to your exceptional technical skill, you also fit in well with the company’s shared values and have aspirations.

You’ll have to put in weekend work (Saturday and Sunday).

Since we are a remote-led business, you are free to work from home if that is what suits you, or you can visit our Central London office daily, weekly, or occasionally.
