Customer Experience Manager-Sainsburys Jobs
Job Description
Job Type: Customer Experience Manager
Location: United Kingdom
Company: Sainsburys
If you have prior experience preparing food, we will fully assign you responsibility and control of your space.
Sainsbury’s core value has always been providing tasty, high-quality food at affordable costs, so it goes without saying that as a committed Food Production Manager, you’ll have a unique role to play in the success of your store.
Yes, the other members of the management team will support you, but this is your territory. As the technical specialist, you will set the bar for quality and motivate your staff to provide the level of service that our clients have become accustomed to receiving.
Now is a fantastic moment to work at Sainsbury’s. Our in-store leadership positions are designed to support managers in concentrating on their areas of expertise. Naturally, things move quickly in the food production industry, but you will always know what is required of you, which will give you the space and time to choose wisely. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career when you combine it with the assistance and advantages that come with working for one of the most recognizable retail companies in Britain.
Responsabilities:
- Our goal is to serve and assist each and every customer, motivated by our shared love of food.
- Your task was to oversee all aspects of the food production process in one of our busiest stores, including the hot food, pizza, and bakery departments’ personnel and workflows. You’ll manage the demands of each day and make plans for the upcoming few weeks. Anything that guarantees that we provide a variety of food products that satisfy our quality standards, such as deciding on shift patterns, assigning responsibilities and focal points, acting as a visible leader to provide excellent service, mentoring and inspiring your team to collaborate effectively, and resolving performance issues by providing candid feedback, encouraging people to adapt, and establishing expectations.
Benefits
- Discount card: after four weeks, receive a 10% discount on your purchases at Sainsbury’s, Argos, Tu, and Habitat. This is increased to 15% off on Fridays and Saturdays at Sainsbury’s and 15% off on pay days at Argos.
- All of our stores offer complimentary meals and hot beverages to their colleagues.
- Prolonged paid time off for holidays, maternity, and fatherhood
- Pension: We will match between 4.5% and 7.5% of your contributions.
- Sainsbury’s share scheme: accumulate capital at a reduced cost
- Assistance for well-being: availability of financial, legal, and counseling assistance as well as emotional support
- Colleague networks: connect with like-minded individuals to reach your full potential.
- Hire a new bike and cycling gear through the Cycle to Work program to save money on taxes and National Insurance.
- Discounts on dining out, retail vouchers, vacations, fitness centers, and more
