Our product, Casper, is an online situational judgment test (SJT) that assesses applicants’ responses to real-life events in order to measure their potential beyond academic criteria such as grades.

By identifying soft qualities like empathy, self-awareness, resilience, and ethical judgment, the Casper test broadens the pool of potential candidates. Admissions staff can learn more about candidates’ ability and chances of success in their programs by using this comprehensive method.

An essential component of our job is rating Casper tests, and we’d like to extend an invitation to you to become a temporary contractor in our Rater community.

As a Rater, you will have the opportunity to directly impact thousands of higher education applicants’ academic and career pathways while also assisting our partners in the United Kingdom in making educated admissions decisions.

Responsabilities:

• Hold a British citizenship.
• At the moment, you live in the UK.
• Utilize your personal laptop or desktop computer for business.
  have no intention of applying to or enrolling in a Casper program during the next 12 to 18 months.
• Write with effectiveness and initiative so that you may bring up concerns and make sense of Casper score decisions.
