Responsabilities:

You will be a part of the IM Centre of Excellence’s Discovery & Value team as an Information Management Business Analyst. You will be essential in the examination and enhancement of commercial procedures. To promote change and improve operations, your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting needs, spearheading projects for process improvement, and facilitating workshops. Your proficiency with stakeholder management and change impact assessments will be essential to the project’s success.

The basic term of this position is three months, but it may be extended depending on project requirements and performance.

This is how the position appears:

  • To record and evaluate the current business processes, carry out thorough process mapping.
  • Compile, evaluate, and record technical and business requirements.
  • Oversee and carry out projects for process improvement to maximize productivity and efficacy.
  • Lead and facilitate seminars for various stakeholder groups.
  • To guarantee seamless transitions, manage change initiatives and conduct assessments of the effects of changes.
  • Strong stakeholder relationships should be managed at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in process analysis and mapping.
  • Solid experience in acquiring and recording technical and business needs.
  • Proficiency with best practices and approaches for process improvement.
  • Adept in leading group discussions and workshops.
  • Familiarity with managing change and performing impact assessments on changes.
  • Outstanding ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels in terms of stakeholder management.
