Responsabilities:

• In order to guarantee that solutions meet requirements, you will work with internal solution design teams, 3PL partners, and stakeholders to manage the design and implementation of large-scale automation solutions throughout all project phases.
• Furthermore, you will apply your operational and automation expertise to verify, question, and enhance automation designs and specifications while maintaining an eye toward cost- and reliability-maximization. As you deliver successful automation projects from concept to completion, your strong project management abilities will be crucial in making sure they are finished on schedule, under budget, and that the anticipated advantages described in the business case are realized. Along with keeping an eye on the project’s advancement and reporting on it, you will also be responsible for keeping stakeholders informed, persuaded, and in sync at every turn.
• Your creative thinking skills, mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge, as well as your proficiency with automation technologies, will be put to use in the development of novel solutions that propel top-notch operations.

Requeriments:

• You are an accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise in sophisticated logistics projects, automation technology, and operational design. You are able to precisely size the requirements for automation equipment and create creative solutions because of your proficiency in comprehending and using fundamental operational design data.
• You have extensive experience with end-to-end logistics processes, ideally in a multi-temperature grocery setting. As such, you have a thorough understanding of the systems and factors that make automation projects successful. Your remarkable project management and leadership abilities are demonstrated by your capacity to oversee a matrix of contractors and stakeholders, make well-informed choices about technology selection and solution design, and manage complicated project deliverables.
