We currently need a new Assurance Administrator to join the FI Ltd Central Education team as part of our further expansion. This is a crucial support position that works with all of the First Intuition Limited locations. Your main goals will be to make sure we are adhering to legal standards and to assist in the efficient enhancement of program operations.
Full-time annual wage range: £23,500 to £25,000.
Responsabilities:
- Process apprenticeship learners’ paperwork and related reports in an efficient manner, making sure that all paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- FI Ltd Centers’ initial point of contact answering and effectively resolving questions about quality and regulations, raising issues as needed
- Manage our Functional Skills (Direct Claims Status), offering assistance to guarantee that First Intuition network-wide quality requirements are upheld.
- Encourage the Assurance and Quality Take the lead in external audits for our functional skills direct claims status.
- Assist coaching teams with quality monitoring to enhance performance
- Keep track of and share the results of quality improvement surveys with the appropriate teams at FI Ltd.
- Oversee the administration of the Central Education team’s observations conducted within Ltd., throughout the network, and with our subcontractors.
- Take the initiative to oversee the management of the administrative parts of the sample operations for all programs.
- Give the First Intuition Quality Network complete administrative support, assisting in the network’s efficient operation. Support extra duties and projects as required by management. exhibiting a proactive and flexible attitude to fulfilling the changing needs of the Central Education team
Requeriments:
- Excellent attention to detail that guarantees correctness and accuracy in all assignments and paperwork
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational abilities; she is skilled at scheduling tasks and managing time to successfully meet deadlines and priorities.
- Possesses excellent computer abilities and a high level of Excel competence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working well in teams and conveying ideas in both written and spoken forms in an appropriate and professional manner
- Enjoys learning by asking questions to promote ongoing development
- Exhibits a proactive work attitude, constantly stepping up to take charge of problems and grasp chances for growth.
- Effectively works in a distant setting while exhibiting self-control and flexibility
- It is beneficial to have prior experience with apprenticeships and/or high-level employment.
