Responsabilities:

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will work closely with our merchandising team to ensure that customer-focused product ranges are delivered in a way that meets sales, profit, margin, and stock targets. You will make sure that our product offering satisfies consumer requests and expectations by having a sharp eye for trend analysis. You will assess weekly trade performance, spot problems and opportunities, and offer pertinent analysis in this capacity. Owning and overseeing projections at the category and SKU levels will allow you to maximize sales, margin, availability, and stock holding. In order to satisfy stock and availability targets, you will work with the A&R replenishment assistant to plan initial allocations and launch builds. Your ability to use merchandising systems with ease and your strong analytical and numerical skills will allow you to maximize availability and drive efficiency. You will also be in charge of order management, data integrity, and making sure that all legal and sustainable criteria are met. You will cultivate relationships with stakeholders and add to our team’s success with your proactive and upbeat approach.

Requirements:

Working in a fast-paced retail setting, you are a motivated and enthusiastic professional as an Assistant Merchandiser for our Merchandising team. You have a strong grasp of allocation and stock management if you have worked as an assistant merchandiser or merchandise administrator in the past or if you are a recent graduate in a related profession. In order to meet sales, profit, margin, and stock targets, you can evaluate trade performance, anticipate sales, and optimize stock availability thanks to your strong analytical and numerical abilities and Excel expertise. You oversee order management procedures, guarantee on-time stock delivery, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity thanks to your exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
