Working at Storyteq as an Application Support Analyst, you will be essential to maintaining the efficiency and ongoing development of our application systems throughout the company, including but not limited to our in-house MarTech applications.

You will be in charge of debugging problems, promptly resolving tickets and occurrences, and offering technical support to clients and internal users. Your experience will support sustaining high client satisfaction levels and help our products succeed as a whole.

The regular working hours are from 8:00 to 18:00, with three different shift patterns: 8–4.30, 9–5.30, and 9.30–6.

Responsabilities:

What I must accomplish is

  • Give internal teams and outside clients second-line technical help.
  • Diagnose and address application-related problems by looking for answers, putting remedies in place, and diagnosing the issue.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to find solutions for challenging technological problems and promote ongoing development.
  • Prioritize and handle incidents and support tickets with our Jira Service Management tool.
  • Produce and manage support procedures and solution documentation, including Confluence knowledge base articles.
  • Set priorities and manage ad hoc initiatives in addition to your regular tasks.
  • Assist the service desk team by performing tests and investigations.
  • In order to successfully accomplish given tasks, work with other teams to create and manage Change Requests.

  • Be prepared to assist with maintenance and application deployments after hours.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a technical support analyst or application support analyst.
  • Proficiency with relational databases and SQL is required.
  • A deep understanding of the principles of networking and infrastructure is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Projects or other Cloud Computing environments is highly valued.
  • Experience with Web API tools in Postman, Insomnia, Console, and other programs is highly appreciated.
  • Programming language expertise in C#,.NET, Java, NodeJS, VueJS, and AngularJS would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of Datadog and New Relic monitoring tools would be helpful.
  • Understanding of the deployment tools Octopus and Argo CD would be helpful.
  • Knowledge with Jira and Confluence, two software management tools for ITSM, would be helpful
