Responsabilities:

As you collaborate with the Category teams, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering valuable insights that influence the performance of the business, third-party suppliers, and the Procurement team. Delivering the data and insights approach throughout the Procurement and Supplier Management Team’s eight-step lifecycle process, producing category-specific insight reports in line with contract management specifications, giving important stakeholders regular and ad hoc performance reports, and delivering actionable insights from internal data systems to drive commercial value are just a few of your duties. You will also monitor the correctness and effectiveness of reporting procedures, ask for input to make ongoing improvements, and assist with the procurement systems’ operating performance. The ability to pay close attention to detail, establish and maintain trusting relationships, have a solid understanding of internal procurement procedures, implement industry best practices, and always act honorably will be necessary for this function. A curious and flexible mindset are crucial, as are strong data analysis, reporting, and communication abilities.

Your comprehension of data principles and technical proficiency with programs like MicroStrategy, Excel, and dashboard creation enable you to produce precise and insightful reports and insights that improve the performance of the Procurement team and the company overall. You can confidently and effectively communicate difficult concepts to stakeholders at all levels because to your good communication abilities.
