Location: Hybrid, office-based and remote; you must come in at least once a week to the nearest Generation hub office in Leeds or London. As part of your job, you will also need to visit the offices of our stakeholders in Leeds and London.

Salary ranges for Leeds are £31,000–£34,000 and London is £35,000–£37,500.

Contract: 40 hours per week, full

Responsabilities:

  • Permanent: Using effective direct communication, nurturing opportunities, and pastoral care, provide applicants with comprehensive support throughout the application and selection process. Make sure that applicants from a variety of backgrounds have a great experience, with a focus on promoting advancement for those who stand to gain the most from Generation’s programs.
  • Plan and conduct interactive workshops, such as online Q&A sessions, group projects, and interviews, at crucial junctures in the candidate journey. Make sure that crucial conversion benchmarks are met at every turn.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from application onboarding to design and development, while managing several cohorts at once. Make sure that important conversion KPIs are met, and make sure that courses are regularly filled to capacity.
  • Collaborate with our Learning and Partnerships teams to identify potential cohort members from the pool of qualified applications, keeping in mind the necessity of a student body large enough to support the program while also taking Generation’s funders’ needs into account.
  • Make sure colleagues are informed and that backup plans are in place by using datasets to continuously evaluate and forecast each cohort’s viability. React quickly and adaptably to guarantee that each cohort stays on course by using efficient problem-solving techniques.
  • As necessary by our new programs and stakeholders, such as college partners, administer AdOps processes in person (at stakeholders’ offices).
  • Input into the Head of Admissions Operations’s quarterly and annual operational planning.
  • Work together with the Director of Admissions Operations to improve our procedures and systems on a constant basis.
  • Determine the areas that need development and make proactive suggestions to strengthen internal processes, the hiring process, and the productivity of the operations team.
  • Assume joint accountability for carrying out operational duties, such as developing application portals and extending offers to and integrating prospects.
  • To ensure that data is efficiently collected, handled, and always visible, track, assess, and monitor each cohort using Google Suite, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Smartsheets.
  • To submit the data requested by funding partners, collaborate closely with the Director of Admissions, the Head of Admissions Operations, and the Operations & Data Manager.
  • Utilize thorough feedback from students, companies, and other partners in education to continuously enhance the caliber of our programs, procedures, and overall student experience.
  • Examine the comments to pinpoint areas that need improvement and make the necessary changes to guarantee a better application experience.
  • Assist in expanding Generation’s comprehension of the obstacles that various groups in the UK and Ireland encounter in finding work, and continuously modify our delivery approach to more effectively address these obstacles.
