We are looking to recruit New Business minded professionals to sell a range of our SaaS solutions into our Health & Care Clients (New Business & Cross sell focus)
Responsabilities:
- Define and execute new business sales campaigns.
- Generate excellent written proposals that convince the potential customer to purchase Civica’s solution.
- Combine in-person sales efforts with planned marketing initiatives, such as exhibits, targeted campaigns, and product releases.
- Control the pipeline to guarantee that monthly targets for additional gross margin are reached.
- Optimize revenue recognition opportunities through contracted company payment profiles that are well-balanced.
- By identifying client needs, you may help the Product Roadmap evolve and make it easier to design successful products and services.
- Increase client value
- Recognizes the needs of customers and builds relationships with them to solve problems with our products and solutions in order to maximize value for both Civica and the customer.

Requeriments:
- Overseeing and planning administrative teams’ tasks through meetings, calendars, and emails
Oversee performance and give the administrative team guidance, assistance, and training. - Daily database updates
- Plans for staff members’ transportation and lodging within the Branch
- Creating purchase orders and other requests, communicating with contractors, councils, and clients about their accounts, and making follow-up inquiries in case of inconsistencies.
- Update of numerous excel spreadsheets for national and regional stock, arranging of transport required for stock transfer from branch to branch.
- Liaison with Delivery Team Leaders for ordering of stock and keeping spreadsheet to discover costs and discrepancies.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders, Sundry Requests- updating Accounts spreadsheet throughout all areas of service
- Maintaining H&S records to ensure staff are up to date with the training required to carry out their responsibilities.
- ensuring that the branch or office has enough drinking water, PPE clothes, and stationery.
- Ordering supplies for maintenance on behalf of the team leader for maintenance PPE inspections and updating Eco-online
